Does this work for my building?

Yes, if your laundry room is run by WASH (the machines and signage say WASH-Connect). Use the change button above to enter your building's site code and you'll see your own machines.

How do I find my site code?

It's printed on the signage or stickers in your laundry room — codes look like wsh1234 or W001274.

How fresh is the data?

Status refreshes about once a minute.

Why does a machine show as available when it is not?

There are two known issues. First, time remaining is based on the machine's original estimate, and machines sometimes underestimate how long a load will take — so you may find a machine still running for a few more minutes. Second, machines can occasionally fail to report a run to WASH, making them look idle while they're running. This is relatively rare.

Why is there no historical usage data for my code?

Historical usage is only recorded for an allowlisted set of site codes, to avoid putting unnecessary load on WASH's backend. Email me if you'd like your code added.
